Final Submission Instruction – Papers Accepted for Oral Presentation
For each accepted paper for oral presentations, the final version must be in English and submitted through the online submission system in PDF format. The paper should adhere to the following guidelines:
The paper should not exceed 6 pages in length, inclusive of the title, authors’ names and affiliations, abstract, keywords, text, figures, tables, and references.
The paper must be single-spaced and formatted for 8½×11 inch paper.
Please ensure that the paper has 1-inch margins on all sides (top, bottom, left, and right).
Please use this submission template to submit your paper to the system.
Final Submission Instruction – Papers Accepted as Posters
For each paper accepted as a poster, an abstract (in English) must be submitted through the online submission system in PDF format. The abstract should adhere to the following guidelines:
The abstract should not exceed 1 page and should include the title of the paper, as well as the names and affiliations of the authors.
Please ensure that the abstract is single-spaced and formatted for 8½×11 inch paper.
The abstract should have 1-inch margins on all sides (top, bottom, left, and right).
Please use this submission template to submit your paper to the system.
All submissions must follow the page requirements. The papers that don’t follow the page requirement will be automatically disqualified.

The 18th China Summer Workshop on Information Management (CSWIM 2025) will take place in Xi’an, Shanxi, on June 28–29, 2025.
