Cancellation Policy
Request for cancellation must be in writing via email to cswim2025@163.com , and are subject to the following schedule:
Received by June 15:
International and Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan Registration: full refund less $45 administrative fee;
Domestic registration: full refund less 300 Yuan RMB administrative fee.
Received between June 16 – June 26:
International and Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan Registration: full refund less $90 administrative fee;
Domestic registration: full refund less 600 Yuan RMB administrative fee.
Cancellation requests after June 26: Cancellation requests received beginning June 27 will not be eligible to receive a refund; the registrant will be liable for the full conference registration fee.
